CHROMAGEN is a food supplement in capsule form based on the exclusive GLOWTHERA™ complex, composed of Lycopene, Tyrosine, Beta-Carotene, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin and Lutein. These substances contribute to normal metabolism and the antioxidant protection of cells, including skin cells.
Tyrosine is an amino acid involved in the synthesis of melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. Lycopene is a carotenoid with antioxidant properties. Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin and Lutein are natural carotenoids that help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Copper contributes to normal skin and hair pigmentation and helps protect cells against oxidative stress together with vitamin C and vitamin E. Vitamin A and Niacin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin and to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.
