ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL
The items supplied by choganparfumluxe.fr are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those sold through traditional retailers and come from all the listed publishers and suppliers.
If an item is defective or does not conform, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. If the fourteen (14) day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next business day.
The customer must return new or unused items in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging and imperatively with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to choganparfumluxe.contact@gmail.com (description and attached photos).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Chogan is required to refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date the returned parcel or parcels are received.
Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be issued within 14 days or less of the date the returned parcel is received. No cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted, regardless of the reason.
