All products were created using fragrances inspired by perfumes, some of which are well-known on the market. Any reference to brands or names is used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the fragrances (ART. 1 bis ex rd 929/42-IT). The brands and names mentioned herein belong to their respective owners. Anyone who buys a Chogan product is therefore acquiring an ORIGINAL CHOGAN product! These are not copies or counterfeits!
ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded through the website choganparfumluxe.fr
ARTICLE 2: ORDERS
Automatic recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature and content of the order. Chogan confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale is concluded upon validation of payment by Chogan, i.e., the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card or the date of receipt of payment by check. Chogan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning payment for a previous order.
ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the website, they are valid. The availability indicated when the customer visits the website depends on stock levels at Chogan and, of course, at our suppliers.
To create our online storefront and sales catalog, we use databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains over a hundred items, but not all are stocked in our warehouse, and our offerings are therefore subject to supplier availability.
Only the permanent discontinuation of an item by our suppliers will result in its removal from our sales catalog. In other cases, a new order may still be possible within a certain timeframe.
When a product ordered is unavailable, the customer is informed by email or on the invoice for the shipped products in the case of an order of several items.
Order delivery deadline: When placing an order and on the order confirmation, a delivery timeframe is provided to customers. This is calculated by adding the longest product availability time to the shipping time of the delivery method selected by the customer.
From the moment the order is placed until it is shipped, the customer has the option to cancel their order.

This reservation is made with the indication of a release date announced by the publisher at the time the pre-order period opens. In all cases, Chogan strives, from the date of final release, to ship the items to customers who have pre-ordered, up to the stock provided by the publisher for the day of release.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE
The prices shown in euros are net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the cost of the products, handling, packaging, and storage. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, and items will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed. All orders are billed and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs include a contribution towards preparation, packaging, and postage. Please remember to group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and you will be charged shipping for each one.
ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT
You have several payment options offering maximum security guarantees. You can pay:
- By bank or private card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) either directly on the site, in the payment form offered during the order process (secure entry by SSL encryption), by entering the type of card, your card number without spaces between the numbers, the control number (located on the back of your card) as well as the expiry date.
You have different payment options and you can even benefit from payment facilities by bank card.

Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure; your order will be registered and validated as soon as the payment is accepted by the bank.
ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
We deliver to your home or to a collection point. The delivery time includes order preparation time plus shipping time. Chogan delivers worldwide. The buyer is notified by email at each stage of order tracking: preparation and delivery.
The delivery time includes preparation time and delivery by our carrier. The stated delivery time of 10 to 20 days is valid from the moment the buyer receives the order delivery confirmation email. The delivery time (as stated by the carrier) does not obligate Chogan to any longer delivery period.
ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEE - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The items supplied by choganparfumluxe.fr are new and guaranteed against any defects. They are identical to those found in traditional stores and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
If an item is defective or does not conform to the order, the buyer has 15 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 15-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
The customer must return new or unused items complete and in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation (in their original cellophane wrapping and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to choganparfumluxe.contact@gmail.com (description and photos attached).
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Chogan is obligated to reimburse the customer for all sums paid, free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs. Reimbursement is due within a maximum of 14 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
The return shipping costs will then remain your responsibility.
In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package. Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK
Ownership of the products will only transfer to the buyer upon full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date. However, the risk of loss or damage to the products will transfer upon delivery and acceptance by the buyer.
ARTICLE 10: PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Chogan is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases comprising this site. By accessing this site, the client acknowledges that the data comprising it is legally protected, and specifically agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent or retain, directly or indirectly, on any type of medium, by any means and in any form whatsoever, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site he/she is accessing.
ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY
The product descriptions in the choganparfumluxe.fr database were entered based on information provided by the publishers. Chogan is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the purchaser. Chogan cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).
The products offered comply with Hong Kong law. Chogan accepts no responsibility if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery (censorship, prohibition of a title or author, etc.). Chogan is not responsible for the content of websites to which hyperlinks may lead from its own website.
ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW
All clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions covered herein, shall be subject to the law of France.
ARTICLE 13: PURCHASER'S ACCEPTANCE
These general terms and conditions of sale and the prices are expressly agreed to and accepted by the purchaser, who declares and acknowledges having full knowledge thereof, and therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document and, in particular, his own general terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase implying acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
